Built alongside our therapeutic classes, this course offers space to slow down, reconnect, and gently shift the patterns that keep you stuck using powerful tools, in addition to therapeutic asana classes.
This program gets results and will help move you from survival mode into a place of calm, clarity, and real self-discovery, connection, and authenticity.
